Debate
- Expand number of debates per block
- JSA members submit ideas for debates and new debate formats
- Use larger halls at Princeton University for Fall and Spring One Day
- Hold debate and moderator seminars before each conference
- Start the States-People Block, a block designated for debate ideas submitted by JSA members
Activism
- Further the Fight Apathy initiative and educate more students about it
- Encourage chapters to hold grass-root level initiatives such as voter registration drives
- Youth political organizations (Youth for National Change, etc.) can have booths during the activism affair
Communication/Public Relations
- Release information about projects that the NJR Mayoral Cabinet is working on through the MAS Liberty
- Networking block for students to talk to keynote speakers
- Secure high-profile politicians, journalists, and lobbyists as keynote speakers
- Reform the State Assembly
Fundraising
- Create a larger scholarship fund through corporate sponsorships and grants from local businesses
- Increase chapter-based fundraising initiatives (car washes, etc.)
Logisitics
- Set up an online carpool system in order to ease the commute to conferences
- Work with Directors of Logistics to release travel guides that various modes of transportation (e.g. NJ Transit)
- Include diverse restaurant suggestions in the JSA app
Cabinet Culture
- Periodic conference calls between elected officials and cabinet members
- Release monthly reports to highlight what cabinet members have accomplished
- Encourage more JSA members to apply to cabinet
- Use the MAS Liberty to educate students on the purpose of state and regional cabinet
